  1. When the goods are dispatched to our UK address, we will update your order here with the 'EMS fee' to be due.

  2. After we have received the goods and have finished packing your order, we will update the 'DSF + custom' section with the domestic shipping fee (+ custom if any).

  3. After we received all payments, your goods will be dispatched to you as soon as possible.

Please use the search function to search for your order using the first 2 letters of your initials **, click into the card and you will see all shipping information regarding your order.

STATUS = MEANING:

SHP - Shipped = parcel has been shipped and is on its way to you.

TBS - Shipping scheduled = we have booked the parcel collection/ paid for postage label; will be sent out shortly.

PAID - payment received = we have received your shipping payment.

TBP - Fees to be paid = your package is ready to be sent out, please do pay and send your proof of payment. check EMS fees + DSF + custom sections!

CALC - calculating shipping fees = please wait for fees to be updated.
